Position Title: Key Account Manager

Job Introduction:

Customer Service
● Retain & grow key accounts on an ongoing basis by:
o Serving as a single point of contact for all commercial and
operational issues
o Maintaining regular connect with customer and seeking
feedback on a regular basis
o Driving operations team to ensure quality of services as per
defined standards
o Report on operations metrics and identify opportunities to
improve with the customers
o Pass operations related feedback to Branch / Hub
managers
o Track and resolve issues on collections
o Renewing contracts in a timely manner as per defined
standards and policies
o Identify termination risk and plan mitigation actions
● Track and monitor account performance – profitability etc.

defined margi
