We are looking to expand our team and are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Female Sales Manager to join our growing team in Bengaluru.
The Sales Manager will play a crucial role in the growth and success of G4S Secure Solutions in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, managing client relationships, and driving the business towards achieving its sales targets. The role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of the private security services sector and exceptional sales skills.
*1. Sales Strategy & Planning:*
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand G4S Secure Solutions' presence in the private security market across multiple sectors, including residential, commercial, government, and industrial clients.
Identify potential new business opportunities, establish target markets, and actively prospect new clients.
Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and emerging security trends.
Set clear and achievable sales targets for the team, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and objectives.
*2. Team Leadership & Management:*
Lead, motivate, and guide a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
Provide regular coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure sales team effectiveness and professional growth.
Organize team meetings to review sales progress, identify challenges, and implement strategies to drive growth.
Create a collaborative, high-performance culture within the sales team to foster mutual success.
*3. Client Relationship Management:*
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
Meet with clients regularly to assess their security needs, present customized solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
Prepare and deliver high-quality presentations and proposals to prospective clients to demonstrate G4S Secure Solutions' value and competitive advantages.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing all aspects of client communications and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
*4. Sales Pipeline Management:*
Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring that sales opportunities are managed efficiently.
Track and manage client leads, opportunities, and accounts using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Continuously monitor the sales team’s performance and track sales metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
Provide regular sales forecasts, updates, and performance reports to senior management.
*5. Market Development & Networking:*
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company’s services and build relationships with potential clients.
Develop partnerships with other businesses and organizations to enhance market presence and generate new business.
Stay current on industry trends, security technologies, and regulations to ensure G4S Secure Solutions stays ahead of competitors.
*6. Negotiation & Contract Management:*
Lead contract negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Prepare customized proposals with accurate pricing models, service offerings, and contract terms.
Collaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure contracts meet G4S Secure Solutions' standards and capabilities.
*7. Reporting & Performance Analysis:*
Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends for management review.
Analyze sales data and customer information to identify opportunities for improvement and areas for growth.
Provide recommendations and insights to senior management to refine sales strategies and enhance business development efforts.
*Experience:*
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the services industry, preferably in private security services or related sectors.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Experience in managing and leading a sales team, with the ability to motivate and guide team members towards success.
*Skills & Competencies:*
In-depth understanding of the security services market, including customer needs, trends, and competitor activity.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
Strong negotiation skills with experience in closing high-value contracts.
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales reporting tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
*Education:*
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Additional certifications or training in security services, sales, or business development are a plus.
