Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Security Supervisor to oversee and coordinate security operations, ensuring the safety and security of personnel, assets, and premises. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage security teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervision : Lead, train, and supervise security officers to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Security Operations Oversight: Monitor daily security operations, patrols, and shift deployments.
  • Incident Response: Respond to security breaches, emergencies, and incidents, conducting investigations and reporting findings.
  • Access Control & Surveillance: Ensure proper functioning of CCTV, access control systems, and perimeter security.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and mitigate security threats, implementing preventive measures.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Maintain security logs, reports, and ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.
  • Liaison & Coordination: Work closely with law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and internal stakeholders.
  • Training & Development: Conduct regular security briefings, drills, and training sessions for security personnel.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5 years of experience in security supervision, law enforcement, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Knowledge of security protocols, emergency response, and risk management.
  • Experience handling security systems (CCTV, alarms, access control).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations and manage security crises.
  • Professional certifications in security (preferred but not mandatory).
