Position Title: Assignment Manager

Job Introduction:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assignment Manager to oversee the deployment and management of security personnel across various sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for workforce planning, client coordination, operational efficiency, and ensuring high-quality security services.

Key Responsibilities

• Workforce Management: Plan and allocate security personnel efficiently to ensure proper coverage at all assigned locations.
• Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and ensuring service quality.
• Operational Oversight: Monitor security operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Incident Management: Respond to security incidents, coordinate investigations, and provide reports as needed.
• Team Supervision: Lead and mentor security supervisors and officers, ensuring adherence to performance standards.
• Scheduling & Attendance: Manage shift schedules, track attendance, and address staffing shortages proactively.
• Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of assignments, incidents, and security operations while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs for security staff.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate security processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5 years of experience in security management, workforce deployment, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in scheduling, team management, and client relations.
• Knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency response.
• Proficiency in security software, workforce management tools, and reporting systems.
