Position Title: General Helper

Job Introduction:

Job Responsibility:

1. Assist skilled workers, such as technicians, mechanics, electricians, or carpenters, in performing their duties.

2. Carry out basic tasks, including fetching tools, materials, or equipment, as needed.

3. Help set up work areas by preparing tools, arranging materials, and ensuring safety measures are in place.

4. Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure a safe and organized workspace.

5. Hold materials or tools for skilled workers during operations, following instructions carefully to avoid accidents or errors.

6. Perform simple construction, assembly, or installation tasks under the guidance of experienced workers.

7. Assist with loading and unloading materials, products, or supplies, adhering to proper lifting techniques and safety protocols.

8. Handle basic maintenance and repair tasks, such as changing light bulbs, replacing filters, or repairing minor equipment issues.

9. Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain quality standards and meet project deadlines.

10. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to relay information, report issues, and coordinate tasks efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of General Helper work experience 

• Team player, hard-working and committed

• Young and energetic personality

• Must speak and write in English 

• Hardworking and committed

• Willing to work on shift schedules (day and night shifts)
