Position Title: Spray Painter

Job Introduction:

Job Responsibility:

1. Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.

2. Select appropriate paint coatings and mixing ratios based on job specifications and material compatibility.

3. Set up and operate spray equipment such as spray guns, airbrushes, or automated painting systems.

4. Apply paint coatings evenly and consistently to achieve desired finish and coverage.

5. Monitor and adjust spray equipment settings to maintain proper paint flow, pressure, and atomization.

6. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment and prevent accidents or injuries.

7. Inspect painted surfaces for quality, identifying any defects or imperfections and making necessary touch-ups or adjustments.

8. Maintain spray equipment and perform regular cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting as needed.

9. Coordinate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet production deadlines.

10. Keep accurate records of materials used, work performed, and production output.

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of Spray Painter work experience 

• Team player, hard-working and committed

• Young and energetic personality

• Must speak and write in English 

• Hardworking and committed

• Willing to work on shift schedules (day and night shifts)
