G4S Malawi seeks to appoint an ATM Manager whose main purpose will be to effectively manage the service delivery and profitable expansion of the ATM Management Business Line within Cash Solutions Department. The position is tenable in Lilongwe.
Effective management of ATM operations nationwide to ensure service delivery targets are met, including resource allocation and levels.
Effectively plan and co-ordinate the ATM operations vis-à-vis management of cash collection and delivery; public holidays and busy period forecasting and planning, reports, reconciliations, liaising with the Regional Operations Managers /Coordinators for CIT assistance where necessary
ATM Management Business line development in liaison with the Head of Cash and the Sales Dept.
Effective management of the ATM management team nationwide.
Ensure operations compliance with legal, regulatory and security issues affecting the business in liaison with the National Operations Manager, Regional Operations Managers, and Head of Cash Solutions
In liaison with Branch Security Officers and Regional Ops Managers, ensure the risk and security of the ATM management service line are reviewed regularly and mitigated effectively.
Minimum B.Com degree in Finance/Cost Accounting/Management accounting
2 to 5 years financial management and/or cost accounting experience would be deemed suitable for the level of the position
Knowledge in Financial principles and practices
Knowledge of financial control and audit standards
Working knowledge around direct labor management preferred
Computer literate. Proficiency in google workspace and MS Office
Working with complexity and large volumes of data
