Position Title: PSBD - CCTV Supervisor

Job Introduction:

Job Responsibility:

• Supervises the day-to-day operational activities of Control Room Operators to ensure buildings and premises are effectively monitored and well protected.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement (process, people, and technology).
• Monitoring of alarm-activated CCTV and Access Control systems in the Security
• Control room including manual control of cameras to facilitate the monitoring of live incidents.
• Monitoring the digital recording cycle of all CCTV footage.
• Ensure Digital Video Recording is stored under operational and legal requirements.
• To report promptly all faults and failures of the Security Management system to Facilities Management.
• To liaise with the Police and other authorized agencies, especially out of hours, for the viewing and follow-up of recorded incidents.
• Liaise with Facilities Management engineers to understand any work or modifications being carried out on fire monitoring and security systems.
• Review daily shift reports and security logs and take appropriate action with respect to the incidents and reporting procedures.
• Maintains daily reports and weekly summary reports of all activities and incidents on premises and communicates this to the Control Room Specialist
• Liaises with all access control points to ensure only authorized people and vehicles are permitted to enter the premises.
• Assists in evacuation drills and ensures effective communication between response teams, assembly coordinators, and fire and safety wardens in the event of an emergency.
• Oversees the evacuation of all people from the premises in the event of an emergency according to established guidelines and evacuation procedures and plans.
• Maintains strong and regular communication/links with the Abu Dhabi Police and other emergency services.Issuing/printing a new card, assigning access rights, temporary or permanent suspension, modifying access rights, and Old card dispensing.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Higher Secondary Education Certificate with attestation

• Master command center who have a minimum of 5 years experience in CCTV control room supervisor role, with last 3 years work experience proof required

• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction

• Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers

• Excellent English communication skills

• Willing to work on a shift schedule
