Position Title: Senior Security Supervisor

Job Introduction:

Job Responsibility:

• Leading Project team to achieve project objectives effectively.

• Recording and managing project issues and escalating where necessary.

• Monitoring project progress and performance.

• Liaises with, and updates progress to, Client and G4S senior management.

• Working closely with users to ensure the project meets business needs.

• Supervise the team; resolve day-to-day issues of the project and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

• Investigate incidents and report to Client representatives. 

• Ensure all guards are trained as per site instruction and maintain appropriate records.

• Oversee HSE's responsibility for the project. 

• Daily administrative functions.

• Update, and compile post and site instructions.

• Ensure all correspondence with customers is dealt with professionally in line with G4S policy.

• Adherence to HSE and Quality Management System procedures and its performance

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years work experience, 3 years experience in a Security Supervisor role

• Higher Secondary education Certificate with attestation from home country and UAE Foreign Affairs

• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction 

• Demonstrated passion for excellence concerning treating and caring for customers 

• Strong communication skills both verbal and written 

• Willing to work on the shift schedule

• Understanding the organization's environment, goals, and objectives

• Supporting and working with others

• Delivering objectives, Dealing with complexity, Sharing & co-operating, Acting professionally, Delivering great customer services
