G4S Malawi seeks to appoint a Guard Force Commander to primarily manage the guard force operations and act as first line point of contact with our Manned Security Services Customers on service provision levels
Maintain a disciplined guard force
Manage security officer deployment as per contractual requirement
Quality site supervisions.
Provide Onboarding and On-Job-Training to Security officers.
Identify skill gaps and liaise with the training section for appropriate training needs.
Manage security officers’ Uniform & PPE requirements
Prepare comprehensive shift reports
Conduct Risk Assessments as required
Report, Investigate and Record Site Incidents
Minimum of Malawi School Certificate of Education
Certificate in Business studies or any related field
Clean and Valid Driving license or motorcycle license
At least 2 years experience at a supervisory level
Those with ex military or Police experience will have an added advantage
