G4S UAE is currently looking for an experienced Welfare Officer. Based in Abu Dhabi, the successful candidate will be responsible in providing various support to the frontine employees.
Attend to the dedicated Welfare 24/7 Hotline to accept employees inquiries and concerns.
Address employees’ issues in a timely manner by coordinating with the responsible personnel within the concerned departments.
Properly document accident cases while “on” and “off” duty and reports to Workmen’s Compensation under the company’s existing Plan for claim purposes.
Conducts frontline employees New Joiners Orientation.
Distribute new joiners cash advances as their initial fund while undergoing training and visa processing.
Tracks and handles day-to-day problems/issues/concerns of Frontline Employees in the Grievance Module raised either through Welfare Hotline or personal visit to Welfare Office.
Conducts Inquiries on Termination/Suspension Cases and recommends course of action during disciplinary investigations.
Counsels Employees when serving Warning Letters for purposes of motivating them to improve performance
Performs special projects from time to time as assigned by the Head of HR.
Diploma / Bachelors in any discipline from a reputable university
Proficient in using Computer Applications (MS Office/Google for Work)
Good English communication both verbal and written
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of patience, empathy and tact.
Passionate about G4S, servicial and active
