The Control Room operator shall be responsible for reactive audits, proactive site support and input based evaluations of the Delivery Stations processes. The Control Room operator/associate is expected to work in shifts and perform the charted duties as per the Amazon defined standard operating procedure. Although the CMRS will manage day-to-day audits concerning defined process paths of operations, the primary purpose of the role would be to ensure reactive, interventional and proactive monitoring to find resolution within the scope of the Agreement and escalate the findings accordingly.
