Position Title: Security Project Manager

Job Introduction:

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for all security related matters on the Project. Coordination with authorities responsible for Security Staff on Projects that include but not limited to Deployment, Briefing, Training, Planning, Appraisal, etc

• Motivate and discipline Staff in line with company policies & procedures. Plan and organize leave of that staff (Especially Key Staff on the Project) so that there is no or minimum interference with the Site Operation

• Update Security Policy and Procedure, with the coordination of customer respresentative Ensure compliance Ensure all incidents are investigated, appropriate action taken as and where necessary 

• Update, consult, and direct the Operations Manager in the concerned areas. 

• Ensure reports are generated and submitted on time

• Adherence to HSE and Quality Management System procedures and its performance

The Ideal Candidate:

• PSBD Supervisor License Holder 

• Qualified to completion of training and licensing required by regulation

• Maximum 5 years of work experience in the Security Industry

• Education Certificate with attestation from home country and UAE Foreign Affairs

• Good communication skills in English / Arabic spoken and written required

• Good computer skills
