Execute marketing strategies and drive sales growth for the manpower outsourcing accounts.
Strive to achieve assigned sales goals through effective management of sales activities and coordination with the team.
Develop business strategies and sales plans and oversee their implementation through appropriate delegation of responsibility and authority.
Represent the company in contract negotiations with potential customers to secure the most effective contract terms for the organization.
Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our service lines.
Prepare, gain acceptance and monitor the implementation of the annual sales targets to ensure that these are met, that revenue flows are maximized and that fixed costs are minimized.
Actively connect with potential customers and understand their operational needs; develop and maintain strong, long term relationships with key clients.
Address client concerns and objections, providing clear and concise solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Meet clients regularly to understand the level of customer satisfaction with service delivered. Highlight noteworthy meeting minutes to key stakeholders internally.
Client relationship management including contract renewals and organic account growth.
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a reputable university.
Minimum of 8 years B2B sales experience from a facilities management and/or manpower outsourcing industry.
UAE experience is essential.
Proven track record in business development, sales and marketing
Excellent influencing and powerful communications skills
Creative and innovative approach to problem solving
Possess the energy and enthusiasm to drive new business initiatives, influence partners and analyze and deliver results whilst paying attention to detail
Proficient in using computer application, MS Office & Google Suite
With working knowledge on Salesforce.com
Must have a valid UAE driving license
